Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site I collect the data shown in the comments form, the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so my site can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Contact Forms
In case you send me an inquiry via any of my contact forms, its database will store your e-mail, name and message, so I can reply to you.
If you contact me for any short term purposes (e.g. question, bug report etc.), your data will me removed once our interaction is completed. If you signed up for a newsletter instead, your data will remain with me until you decide to unsubscribe from the list.
Graphic Design Shop / Testimonials
If you use my Graphic Design services, I will collect and store your name, e-mail, social media links, your ordered items and any additional information you are providing me with, so I can fulfill your commission.
You may also voluntarily give me feedback about my work, that I can display on my [Credentials] subpage. If you do agree, I will keep your name, comment and what you ordered for others to see on my site indefinitely.
Fan-Art Gallery
Any works I am sent for my [Fan-Art Gallery] will be publicly displayed indefinitely and have your nickname as picture filename. By sending me any of your works, you are agreeing to this part of my Privacy Policy, however you are free to change your mind at any time.

This is a third-party service I use to sell items to you. Please see their respective privacy policy, as I have no control over the way they use your data.

Graphic Design Commission
The amount of money spent, as well as your online nickname and what items you commissioned will be shared with the tax office once a year, because I am legally required to.
Teespring
Your address will be shared with the post office, so they can send you your items and once a year I’ll be sharing your online name, purchased items and the amount spent with the tax office, because I am legally required to.
Teespring may also use your details in the same way, but please read their own privacy policy, as I have no control over them.

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data I hold about you, including any data you have provided to me.
